Exposure! (Mudus gianechie keath no venizai ....khurus goer dinea ravie doh)

2011, when I landed for the first time at the Dubai Airport, I was given some instructions on ‘dos and don’ts’ one by one by all the four members including two minors of the family of the host.
I was asked to follow the instructions strictly lest my sponsor would get penalized.
While following the instructions, I controlled some of my natural instincts too. I could not express my appreciation for innocent looks of an infant around. I was told that Arabs do not like it. For this gesture I appreciated the intellect of the Arabs. In India, we carry the impression that to win the favours one should love her child. If she is yet to deliver, kiss her pet dog and appreciate her for her choicest pet. Next I was told never to steal a glance on a lady passing by. The third instruction was never to cross the road at a zebra crossing unless there is green signal for pedestrians to cross the road. The fourth instruction was given by the youngest host of class 1 of 5 years age. He said: “Nanu, ensure that even seed of the orange you eat and its skin is thrown into the dustbin nearby”. The final instruction was too much for a free citizen of the largest democracy of the world. I was also told that anybody easing on the roadside to release the pressure of his bladder in emergency is imprisoned, penalized and bundled back to his country. I thought it was only to scare me, but next day after I had flouted the law behind bushes at an obscure place, I read a news that one Pakistani taxi driver was fined, imprisoned and instructed to go back to Pakistan after serving the jail term for the same offence.
Smooth traffic on Dubai roads at a speed of 120 miles/hour is remarkable. Anyone flouting the law is caught by a hidden camera. The camera flash informs the driver that he flouted the rule. Soon his mobile reads the SMS the amount of the fine debited to his or her account.  Toll tax on the taxable roads gets deducted of its own without any toll tax booth or tax collector. So there is no chance for an MNC like politicians to attack the toll booths.
Women are at liberty to walk freely and wear dresses of their choice. Some are covered from top to bottom and some are scarcely dressed. So Sheila Dikshit the ex. Chief Minister of Delhi is proved wrong that rapes in Delhi are due to late movement of women and their dress.
I wished that our politicians be sent on visit to Dubai to learn and implement the flawless law and order back home in India.
As if God listened to my prayer. January 2014 the UP delegation of MLAs headed by urban development minister Azam Khan accompanied the MLAs in the tour amid reports of deaths of children in Muzaffarnagar relief camps. The party spokesperson claimed the trip was related to the study of parliamentary practices in Turkey, Greece, UK, UAE and the Netherlands.
To one’s aghast the learned Minister Azam Khan on his return became all the worst and volatile. Unlike the precedence in the countries toured by him, he savagely stated that“Rape is punishable by hanging in Islam. But here in India nothing happens to women, only to men. Even the woman is guilty.....the way out is hanging both the rapist and the victim." Imagine what would be the fate of Nirbhaya who would instead of treatment at foreign land would have been sent to gallows by savage in the chair. His party president Mulayam pahalwan said "Boys commit mistakes" for which they should not be hanged.
I suggest that the muck of India may spoil the law and order of the countries they may visit. Better to keep them confined to their own dark pockets before India gets ashamed of their mental capacity. Nothing short of ' Kome yajian.....khurus goer dinea ravee doh'
